We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Publisher to join our team. The Web Publisher will create new web pages, format existing web content and ensure that web materials meet standards for accurate and consistent messaging for public consumption.

Led by a team of former admissions committee officers from some of the most prestigious schools, Inspira’s mission is to democratize access to higher education across millions of deserving students in the world, so that their education and life outcomes do not get determined by a zipcode or resources of their high schools. Inspira has thus built one of the deepest benches of admissions counselors in the world who support candidates with all the aspects of their application process and help them position the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities

• Help to optimize content management and website administrative services
• Receiving, preparing, publishing, and reviewing content changes to the sites and applying standards to all content.
• Promote knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to delivery through the team
• Create production graphics for publishing using Adobe Photoshop and other tools.
• Assess requests for compliance and will proactively identify possible compliance issues.
• Support the rapid delivery of projects to website properties, including business as usual content changes and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in planning to ensure ongoing support of activities are understood, supported and aligned from a budgeting and resource/skills perspective.
• Coordinate activities as they relate to business requests to ensure impact, consistency and messaging are aligned.
• Accountable for publishing pages, documents, and images to the websites under the Inspira brand.

Qualifications

• Understanding of website techniques, design, and information architecture
• Experience with Webflow, Wordpress, Squarespace, or SharePoint
• Able to occasionally work after-hours (evenings and weekends) to deliver projects
• Familiar with a variety of both project management and analysis techniques and tools
• 1+ years of web based experience working in a fast-paced environment or fresh graduates will be accepted as long as a portfolio is included.
• Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
• Excellent communication skills (to communicate with Sr. Mgt. & Business partners)

Nice To Have

• Working knowledge of some of the following: HTML, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or Dreamweaver
