Job Description
The Liebherr Canada Ltd. Parts, Warehouse and Service team is searching for a Warehouse Person with a forklift license and shipping & receiving experience to help in our day to day operations of the Spare Parts and Service departments.


Responsibilities


  • Organize warehouse and locations for flow.
  • Review stock out and PO to see common parts ordered/patterns.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Take part in weekly major clean up of the warehouse.
  • Check, receive and process sales orders, replenishment orders and purchase orders.
  • Prepare shipments and create labels.
  • Contact shipping companies and arrange pick up / delivery.
  • Identify priorities for the day (shipping and receiving areas).
  • Do a check of warehouse and note all empty spaces / constant improvement.
  • Cycle count daily.
  • File necessary paperwork and stay organized.
  • Work with the Warranty team to process items for shipping.
  • List of misses and possible sales.
  • Complete inventory checks.
  • Process cores to make sure that all items are stored, packed and shipped back to the factory.
  • Make sure warehouse is clean,tidy and safe.
  • Work with the remanufacturing department on various warehouse / parts activities.
  • Process parts returns from customers.


Competencies


  • 1-3 years of warehouse/shipping & receiving experience will be considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • A forklift license is preferred
  • Related software experience, including service reports/time entry, invoicing, use of parts catalogs and electronic inventory systems
  • Report writing experience
  • Need to be able to lift/carry various parts and be able to operate scales, pump trucks and packaging equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (outlook, word and some Excel skills - intermediate)
