The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis is a strategic business partner who will lead and scale our FP&A function across the organization. The successful leader will excel at driving business insights and continuous improvement, have built and scaled FP&A processes and infrastructure, and possess a quantitative, data-driven mindset. In addition, you have outstanding communication, management, and interpersonal skills.


Your Impact


  • Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the leadership team, identifying and monitoring KPIs and metrics that drive business decisions and accelerate outcomes
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and develop relevant reporting for the business and Board of Directors
  • Lead the company financial planning processes including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long term plans
  • Increase the speed, efficiency and automation of our financial planning and analysis processes to support the timely delivery, quality and transparency of information
  • Drive financial discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility across the company
  • Lead an impactful and high performing team; establish clear team and individual objectives, support performance and career development, and bolster team engagement
  • Prepare financial analyses and strategic models to inform business decisions and strategic growth opportunities


About You


  • Superior attention to detail - nothing gets by you
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, large-scale projects and dynamically shift focus and reprioritize when needed
  • Outstanding communication, management, and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset that is committed to growth and collaboration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including 3+ years leading an FP&A team in a high growth and fast paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels


Bonus Points


  • Experience with subscription models preferred
  • Private equity portfolio company experience preferred
