Manager, Financial Planning And Analysis

Our client is seeking a skilled Manager of FP&A to join their team. The successful incumbent will work closely with the FP&A team to aid long-term operational and growth goals.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis, you will oversee intricate financial planning and analysis. They are looking for an individual aligned with the company's values, possessing strong leadership and cross-functional process experience, as well as expertise in analytical, financial modeling, and accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage organizational spending, assisting with re-forecasts.
• Work with Technology and Operations to enhance management reporting using business intelligence tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Lead monthly budget reporting for stakeholders.
• Assist in financial model preparation and maintenance as per policies.
• Collaborate with various partners for strategic planning and financial modeling.

Qualifications:

• CA or CPA designation
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Skilled in analytics, financial modeling, accounting, and problem-solving.
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience in accounting/finance functions
