About The Team


We are a dynamic and creative customer training team committed to providing outstanding learning experiences for QuickBooks accounting professionals nationwide. We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about learning, possesses a strong creative problem-solving ability, and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Qualifications you’ll bring:
  • Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from September 2023 - December 2023.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data driven.


How you will lead


  • How you’ll lead:
  • Work alongside the Sr. Training Program Manager to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training programs.
  • Participate actively in team events, both on and offsite.
  • Conduct training evaluations to gather feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and edit training materials such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.


Please note that we are a hybrid team, and the candidate is expected to be in office at least twice a week.
