Testing & Validation Engineer, E-Bike And E-Mobility Products

We are looking for a vehicle Validation Engineer, who will report to the Director of Engineering, and who’ll be tasked to ensure Vehicle validation process execution per BRP standard. The position will be critical to guarantee LU delivery according to requirements, performance and quality expectation. As part of your role, you’ll be leading the definition of the vehicle validation plan and his execution. Beyond the development of market-shaping products, you will belong with a passionate and talented team riding together in this new group at BRP to drive innovative mobility solutions.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Execute and follow the validation plan and report on the results
• Responsible to get the certification process complete prior product launch
• Develop and improve engineering process and tools around the validation management process
• Work with the engineering team to define system level validation according to the vehicle requirements
• Collaborate with the team to bring solution to the action list
• Lead the vehicle validation plan definition with performance criterias

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• Experience in product development for product with multiple configuration and complex requirement list
• Highly motivated in sustainable mobility product
• Experience with validation management process for vehicle with multiple systems, including vehicle and system testing methods
• Leadership and drive with high desire of collaboration
