We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Technical Service Specialist with a focus on Heavy Equipment and Machinery to join our team and support our executive leadership.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Specialist with expertise in heavy equipment, pumps, motors, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal functioning of our machinery and equipment, as well as providing high quality technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

·Provide expert technical support to clients in the heavy equipment and machinery industry, addressing inquiries and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

·Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of heavy equipment, pumps, motors, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.

·Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems, implementing effective solutions.

·Assist clients with equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance and efficient operation.

·Create comprehensive reports and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

·Stay current with industry trends, equipment specifications, and technological advancements to provide informed support and recommendations.

·Contribute to the development and improvement of technical documentation, training materials, and preventive maintenance programs.

·Collaborate with field service technicians and assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

·Proven experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance roles within the heavy equipment and machinery sector.

·Expertise in heavy equipment, pumps, motors, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.

·Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to heavy equipment and machinery.

·Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

·Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE Certification, Hydraulic Specialist Certification).

·Experience with heavy equipment, pumps, hydraulic, electrical systems, diesel engines, etc.

·Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
