We are currently looking for a Switchboard Operator for one of our clients in the printing industry.

• On-site presence is required from Monday to Friday.
• Work schedule from 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: servery, reception, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down.
• Open and sort Policy mail daily
• Process cheques daily.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a computerized incoming phone system.

What you will need to succeed:

• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Ability to learn and adjust to new procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
