Wonderbrands, a division of FGF Brands, is unlocking an incredible opportunity for growth through a focus on production innovation capabilities, through a leading edge supply chain practice and investing deeply in communities where we bake. We are hiring to build a robust Talent and Development team to support our bakeries and Team Members.

At Wonderbrands we are looking to build a strong team of Supply Planning Consultants for Supply Chain. This team will include highly talented individuals who may or may not have any prior experience in Supply Chain. The common requirements for all selected candidates will be:

• Exceptional problem solving mindset with an ability to tackle difficult problems in a logical way
• Excellent capability of working with people to implement solutions
• Exceptional analytical capabilities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work with people across multiple functions and with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a start-up and team-based culture, working as a team to deliver outstanding results
• Ability to quickly learn and understand all elements of a very complex supply chain
• Candidates must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in one of these fields : Engineering, Business, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science
• Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn other systems very rapidly

Candidates with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in Supply Chain will be selected for Senior positions within this team.

There will be a rigorous selection process which will include personality and analytical assessments. Compensations will be highly competitive and will depend on candidates’ capabilities.
