Job Description

Job Overview

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the production and distribution of goods and materials, ensuring that the company's inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels. The Supply Planner will work closely with the supply chain team, production teams, and suppliers to manage the entire supply chain process from planning to delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory and production plans to meet customer demand
  • Manage the company's production planning system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Forecast demand for products and materials, and work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that the company has the right products in the right place at the right time
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms
  • Ensure that production schedules and delivery dates are met, and take corrective action as needed
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing inventory levels
  • Communicate regularly with customers and suppliers to ensure that they are aware of any changes in production or delivery schedules


Requirements:

  • Bilingualism is required, as we work with global teams and customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with inventory and production planning software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
