Our client is a manufacturer with a large facility in the Kitchener, Waterloo/Cambridge area. We are seeking a strong leader to fill the role of Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager Is Responsible For
  • You will lead material inventory
  • Ensuring optimal inventory levels
  • Ensuring ontime deliveries that meet demands
  • You will manage all incoming and outgoing materials complying with company and customs requirements
  • You will lead a team of up to 10 reports, ensuing their performance meets organizational standards and providing coaching and mentorship
  • Participation and collaboration with the leadership team including finance, production, demand planning etc is an integral part of the Supply Chain Manager's success
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reduced costs
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience related to manufacturing, purchasing, forecasting and inventory
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and ensure the success of direct reports
  • Post secondary education in Business or Supply Chain required
