Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Development Engineers, and Operations, to gather and refine business requirements for supply chain projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of user stories.
- Support the Product Manager in detailing and refining user stories , defining acceptance criteria , maintaining product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal (such as business users) and external (such as vendors and partners).
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria and business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users during the implementation phase of new initiatives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery or business operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and retail operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial engineering or Supply chain , Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry with exposure to supply chain systems and operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems and technologies is a plus.
