Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management (Remote)

• Support go-live preparation and production rollout activities
• Document detailed and concise business requirements related to supporting improvement in Mattel's ability to meet global regulatory requirements related to its products by:
• Support the implementation of these requirements by prepping scopes, providing guidance to the developers, serving as a the key point of contact between development and business teams, writing test cases, assisting and providing guidance with QA and UAT, and supporting post-implementation hyper care through documentation of defects
• Support business driven projects that integrate with both on-premise systems and cloud-based SaaS solutions
• Reviewing existing systems and processes and related gaps or inefficiencies, and
• Conducting requirements grooming sessions with business partners
• Support the project manager in reporting on project progress and meeting the project timelines.
• Reviewing regulatory documentation and presentations and extracting key requirements
• Participate on a team of managers, solution architects, and enterprise architects to help solution to meet these requirements.
• Initial term is through the end of 2023, however an extension of at least 6 months is anticipated.
• We are seeking a seasoned business analyst located in the EMEA region or Eastern time zone of the United States/ Canada, preferably with 3-5 years minimum experience with supply chain operations, in particular product regulatory and quality requirements or product data management.
• Effectively partner with third party resources in planning and delivery of assigned initiatives
