Darling International Canada Inc., is Canada's largest provider of animal by-product processing and recycling services to the food industry, operating six processing facilities across Canada. Position Summary

We are offering a summer position for students looking for an opportunity to work with an environmentally friendly, sustainable company. This role would be responsible for maintaining the grounds such as cutting the grass, painting in the plant as well as other duties as assigned. This is a short term contract role starting May 1st to September 30th.

Schedule

Monday to Friday Days (7 AM to 3 PM) and Afternoons (3 PM to 11 PM)

We Offer

• $18.65 Per Hour

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Previous lawn care experience an asset
• Comfortable using garden tools and riding lawn mowers
• College or university student
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to follow all outlined health and safety requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks with repeated movements
• Must be available for day and afternoon shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work with a team as well as independently
