Summer Intern - Capital Raising & Financial Forecasting

Duration: 8 weeks (August 7th, 2023 - September 29th, 2023)

Hours: Approximately 2-3 hours per week, spread across at least 3 business days

Compensation: Unpaid internship

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Summer Intern in Capital Raising & Financial Forecasting. As an intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our finance team and contribute to the growth of our brand new startup.

Responsibilities:

• Support capital raising efforts by conducting market research and preparing investor presentations
• Assist in financial forecasting and analysis
• Contribute to the development of business plans and financial models
• Engage in various finance-related activities that arise in a startup environment
• Review contracts and legal documents related to financing activities

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
