We're looking for someone who can:

• Always go beyond the initial scope to discover additional growth and innovation opportunities for every client
• Lead a team of strategists, empowering them to unlock their full potential
• Introduce strategic processes and methodologies, educating both team and the broader agency on new ways of working
• Foster a positive and fun work environment
• Make clients feel like they're part of our Signifly crew, building genuine relationships and working closely together to create awesome stuff and drive success

What we expect from you:

• You have a real desire to build a new group of work-friends with strong social bonds and participate actively in our community.
• You thrive in an environment of constant change - as we constantly shape new ways of working together.
• You have fluency in written and spoken English - French is a plus!
• You can identify strategic and customer-experience opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• You know how to read a room, and understand both businesses and their audiences.
• You are a proper pencil-chewer (a damn good writer).
• You can formulate and structure business, brand and digital strategies on your own..
• You know how to oscillate between big dreams for the future (branding) and business objectives.
• You have agency or consultancy experience.
• You are a great communicator that possesses a genuine passion for the digital world - shaping businesses, brands and digital experiences through brand story-telling and go-to market strategies.
• You have a commercial mindset - always ready to sell the next project and activate your network to generate work for your team.
