You’ll lead your team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers, fulfilling their individual eye care needs, working alongside highly passionate Optometrists, and hitting some exciting goals along the way.

  • Community - Work with your SM and Optometrist to identify opportunities to network locally and participate in managing the product seeding budget and community events
  • Leadership & People - Cultivate a strong bond with your store optometrist and ASM. Partnering with your store leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop your team and always staying focused on your people and customers. 3-5 years of experience in management is a must.
  • Optical Experience - while not a necessity, previous experience is a big plus in this role
  • Initiative - Formulate your own ideas with projects, efficiency, and process improvements. You strive to improve yourself and others around you every day.
