Job Description

Sandbox is a futuristic VR experience for groups of up to 6 where you can see and physically interact with everyone inside, just like in the real world.

Responsibilities

  • Own the payroll process
  • Manage the store in all aspects
  • Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store, ensuring an incredible guest experience for every person that walks into your store.
  • Collaboration with other SandboxVR stores on ad hoc projects
  • Manage store P&L: managing/ scheduling staff, local marketing, maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Community Leader: partnering with local charities and organizations that build positive relationships within the community
  • Building and developing store staff
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Master and be able to train/ support every position in the store.
  • Exceed expectations of our guests and team by promoting our culture, mission, and core values
  • Responsible for leading store operations through understanding and enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs.


Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Business Literacy: As a leader should have business skills, including an understanding of profit and loss statements.
  • Proven business ethics
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience
  • Guest Service Focused: Delivering an exceptional experience to all our guests
  • Both French and English are a must.
