The Role: Get ready to ignite your passion for sales and lead your superstar team to smash sales targets like its second nature. Key Responsibilities


Be the face of Showcase and create a fun, unforgettable in-store atmosphere that will make our customers feel at home


Recruit, train, and coach a team of top-performing, customer service-obsessed associates who can sell like nobody's business


Develop creative strategies to drive sales on emerging trends


Work your inventory magic to keep your store stocked with the latest and greatest trends, while minimizing loss and maximizing sales


Keep the store impeccably organized and looking like a million bucks


Continuously seek ways to "wow" customers


Requirements


You've rocked a retail management role before, preferably in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment


You have a passion for emerging trends and know what our target customer wants before they do


You have stellar communication and leadership skills that can rally a team and get them excited to work hard and play hard


You thrive in a results-driven, entrepreneurial retail setting


You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping your cool under pressure


You have a sense of humor and a contagious, positive attitude
