Duties and Responsibilities:

• Other duties as assigned
• Assist clients with basic troubleshooting when needed and ensuring proper protocol is being followed
• Operate multi-line phone systems providing excellent customer service
• Handle incoming calls in priority sequence, following processes in place
• Liaise and communicate with clients over the phone

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Customer service skills are an absolute must
• Strong phone etiquettes
