Monterra Golf is one of Ontario’s most popular resort courses. Working at both Monterra Golf Course as well as our Attractions Food Kiosk in the Village, the incumbent will complete a combination of food and beverage roles including beverage cart serving and food kiosk preparation and sales.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Serve food items to guests according to his/her order including sandwiches, salads and pre-baked items Set up & BBQ hamburgers, hotdogs and sausages.
• Stock products on a daily basis (pop, water, juice etc.)
• Cashier responsibilities (cash-outs).
• Serve/prepare alcoholic beverages, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Complete daily cleaning lists.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Basic knife handling knowledge is an asset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of WHMIS is an asset.
• Must be 18 years of age and have Smart Serve certificate.
• Smart serve required.
• Basic food handling skills is an asset.
• Knowledge of convection oven operation is an asset.
