This position will support Contingent workforce program (Contractors).Looking for an entry/junior level resource who understands this will be an entry level/administrative type of position.
·Administrative: sending CV’s to the hiring managers, setting up interviews, following up on feedback from hiring managers and communicating with suppliers + additional duties as assigned (reporting, looking up info in SAP, obtaining info from internal stakeholders, etc.)
·MUST HAVE: Data entry, organizational skills, time management.
·Experienced with MS Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP’s), Word, SAP (nice to have)
·Good communication skills, be organized, customer service oriented.
