We seek a senior full-stack engineer with extensive experience in architecting, implementing, and integrating large-scale systems in on-premises and public cloud environments. The ideal candidate is proficient in designing enterprise-quality, scalable solutions and possesses a deep understanding of various architectures, including Microservice, SOA, and Monolithic. Strong Java and web development skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for debugging web applications, databases, and production systems.
• Analyze user requirements, envision and architect system features and functionality.
• Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment).
• Interface with global teams of developers and business users.
• Mentor and lead less experienced team members, ensuring high-quality code aligned with firm guidelines and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of automated systems.
• Design and develop highly scalable enterprise-quality systems across all application layers.
• Actively contribute to design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning sessions.
• Produce proofs of concept and contribute to design discussions and architecture processes.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies like Angular, React, and JavaScript.
• Cloud-based solutions experience (e.g., Azure, AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
• Client-facing experience, capable of handling multi-time zone interactions.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Proficiency in architecting and developing enterprise solutions in Java.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (SOLID principles, design patterns, EIP).
• Expertise in RDBMS (e.g., Sybase, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2).
• Experience with various architectures, including microservices and monolithic.
• Ability to write reusable, optimized, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with Agile development, especially SCRUM.
• Senior architect experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in designing highly scalable and highly available solutions across multiple regions.
