Day to day activities:

• Develop and deliver outstanding Alex presentations and demonstrations
• Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes
• Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
• With comprehensive knowledge of the Alex platform and associated technologies, educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Alex while participating in discussions throughout the organization to ensure successful Alex deployment.
• Engage with customers, in a technical consultancy and advisor role during the pre-sales process while providing technical assistance and solution guidance.
• Build deep relationships with people within customer environments to enable them to be Alex advocates.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC, RFP and workshop design.
• In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through the adoption of Alex.
• Serve as the customer advocate to other Alex teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
• Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives

What we are looking for:

• You've got a flexible attitude and happy to wear different hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Extensive experience designing data governance solutions in pre-sales phase of sales lifecycle
• You're a team player who can effectively work as part of a small dynamic team, collaborating and communicating openly whilst contributing to a positive work environment
• Ability to capture business requirements and personas
• Ideally you come from a technical background (engineering, systems or data engineering prefrerred) before moving into technical pre sales architecture
• Solution design experience in sales projects leading POCs, RFPs and workshops
• You are confident in leading technical discussions with clients
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You're about to express your ideas clearly and concisely, and actively listen to others.
• Since you're an expert in designing data governance solutions, you have plenty of exposure to a variety ETL tools and databases
• Technical documentation writing skills is a must
