Internship Training Program:

We are offering Internship Training for Graduates.

Offered Training Courses – Data Analyst/Java Developer Skills (Training courses will be given based upon Project needs).

Location: Olympia, WA

Eligible Visa: OPT – Eligible to work fulltime

People Tech Group offers a free Competency Program (Internship) for the eligible interns who can dedicate time for learning the skills required for the job. Post successful completion of your Internship you may receive an offer of Full time Employment by the Company as per the sole discretion of Company based on your performance as an Intern; this process will be totally based on your successful completion of the Internship Program, an assessment organized by your mentor or supervisor and the collected feedbacks form your co-workers along with any customer’s feedback with whom you had engaged.

Once you will be selected for the permanent employment with Company post successful completion of the Internship then Company will provide you a joining bonus of $5,000.00 or more and your yearly remuneration offer may vary between $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 based on the work location and the skills and competency required for the job.

You must meet the employment eligibility and job eligibility requirements to get the offered pay and sign on bonus as decided by the Company.

Sign in bonus will have retention requirements and compensation will have base and annual bonus.

• Possible support to achieve technical certifications.
• Continuous mentorship and follow-up through out the training.
• Free training on cutting edge technologies (App development/Data/AI/ML/RPA..etc).
