Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team! Sometimes you’ll be in crunch mode, sometimes it'll be other members of our team. Have each other's back!
  • Help build the story of how the campaign performed in relation to the planned media strategy, identifying and communicating recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work in tandem with Account team to support with campaign planning, strategy, and client-facing communications
  • Lead and support the development of social campaign planning and execution strategies through the set up of campaigns, ad sets, variable testing, and optimization.
  • Work with Ad Operations team to align on campaign implementation and testing strategies for cross-channel social campaigns.
  • Support with business development by building campaign proposals and strategic plans.

Strategic Expectations:

  • Support with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
  • Identify new capabilities and opportunities to drive innovation.
  • Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Facilitate strong, long-term client relationships, and maintain frequent optimization logs and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Support with project management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • 3+ years with Meta Business Manager
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
  • Experience working in or alongside ad agencies
  • Experience working with Slack
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years with TikTok Business Manager


The Interview Process:

  • Past Experience Deep Dive (45 minutes)
  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)
  • Intro Call (15-20 minutes)
  • In parallel to this round, we'll speak with your references.
  • This round is largely focused on meeting the leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team.
