Job Description
GCBS Group is a fast expanding building services company who is looking to hire a full-time handyman to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout The GTA, Durham Region and surrounding areas.


This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and environment.


Compensation Is Based On Experience And Skills.


Working at Heights Training REQUIRED


Duties Could Include


  • Drywall Repair.
  • Ceiling tile replacement.
  • General building repairs.
  • VCT tile repairs and replacement.
  • Ceramic tile replacement.
  • Painting.


Requirements


  • Working at Heights training is a plus.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 3-5 years experience as a general handyman.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently and as a team.
  • Own your own tools.
  • Attention to detail.


Starting at $25 an hour.
