Job Description
Intouch Insight is looking for a full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the team, working out of our Kanata office. In this position, you will take full responsibility for incoming and outgoing shipping and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the process and the safe delivery and receipt of goods. General duties include:
  • Well-organized
  • Self-directed and reliable
  • High school graduate
  • Previous shipping experience
  • Dealing with shipping companies regarding late deliveries, customs issues, etc
  • Able to work in-Office (this is not a remote or hybrid position) Monday to Friday (office hours are 8am - 4pm or as otherwise agreed).
  • Safety equipment and training provided To be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements:
  • International Shipping (US)
  • Able to safely lift and carry goods and packages up to 40lbs in weight
  • Tracking of outgoing packages (including recording and reporting of shipping delays, etc)
  • Quality inspection of outgoing hardware
  • Other duties as required
