Job Description

Course: HLTC23H3 F Issues in Child Health and Development

This course will explore bio-social aspects of health and development in children. Topics for discussion include genetics and development, growth and development, childhood diseases, the immune system, and nutrition during the early years.


Qualifications: Community-based experience in Health equity programs. Applicants’ research area and qualifications should be closely related to course material.

Demonstrated ability to design syllabus in accordance with department guidelines. Ability to coordinate multiple tutorials, lecture to large classes, explain a variety of methods and methodologies to an undergraduate student body, online and in person.


Duties:

Please note that classes will be held in person.

MO 15:00-17:00


All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; supervising TAs where applicable, and holding regular office hours.
