We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Service Tech to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our manufacturing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment, specifically in the dental industry. This position is a full-time permanent role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Train production teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues that impact production.
• Install and set up new equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as needed.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Service Tech And Dental Service Tech in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
