Previous experience travelling in North America expected

Previous experience travelling Internationally an asset

Previous experience self-booking travel arrangements an asset

3+ years of experience as a Service Tech And Dental Service Tech in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes.

Assisting with lead generation and customer acquisition.

Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

Aiding in the creation and delivery of sales presentations.

Learning to effectively communicate the value of our tech services.

Strong interest in technology and sales.

Highly motivated and eager to learn.

Post-secondary automotive education (or equivalent military service experience) preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.

Strong working knowledge of thermal processes including MIG/TIG/Resistance welding and plasma applications;

Experience working with Yaskawa robotic systems, controllers and related equipment;

Lead initiatives as assigned by management

2+ yrs experience hardware & deskside software support

Strong technical knowledge of PC and Desktop hardware

Working technical knowledge of current operating systems, and standards

Ability to launch and operate desktop diagnostic tools to perform remote diagnostics

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
