Fountain Tire Cold Lake is searching for a friendly and knowledgeable Service Manager to manage the operations of the service department to drive productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary $70,000 - $85,000 /Year

As a Service Manager, your duties will include

• Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers
• Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
• Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
• Advising technicians of work that must be completed
• Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
• Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Our ideal candidate has/is

• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Manager,Service Advisor providing Service Estimation or Automotive Service Technician
• Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Knowledge of mechanical services
• A customer service focus
