Summary of the position: Reporting to the director of operations, the senior SAP order entry specialist is responsible for executing improvement and automation projects. Position at 2 days a week.
Your responsibilities
  • Test all continuous changes in the SAP SD module before going live (Super User).
  • Ensure compliance of the processes with the required SOX and ISO rules.
  • Coordinate and assist the supervisor on exceptions to be processed and new practices.
  • Responsible for automating orders entered by the sales staff or customer and ensure the necessary communication and training.
  • Contribute with SAP team to improvements further to customer or user requests (Super User).
Your background
  • Bilingual.
  • Methodical (organizational skills).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in order entry and invoicing work.
  • Ability to follow methods and procedures, team spirit, judgment, rigour, ability to communicate concise information in writing and verbally.
  • Experience with SAP, SD module.
  • DCS in administration or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of the IT environment, including SAP and the Office Suite.
