Job Description

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist, with a dynamic personality who is meticulous and detail- oriented.The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.This person must be organized and have a strong knowledge in computers and computer software.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Enter customer orders in a timely manner through QuickBooks
  • Acknowledgment of customer purchase orders
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Check the accuracy of information inputted on orders (customer/supplier)

Requirements for this position:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
  • Must be able to assess situations and provide quick and efficient solutions, while meeting deadlines
  • AEC, DEC or Technical diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bilingual in French and English oral and written

  • This is a full-time position with the possibility of a hybrid workplace office/home.
