We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven lead software developer to build MS .NET/MVC based data driven applications and strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.The person in this role is a key functional and technical resource for all in-house user applications and data integration needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating and monitoring compliance with existing practices.
• Resolves system issues and responds to suggestions for improvements.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
• Provide system maintenance and production support (on-call support required);
• May coach more junior technical staff and provide user training on systems use;
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
• Meet the requirements and deadlines established for given projects
• Follow standards and processes for software development lifecycle.
• Works with project manager, business process specialist and end user, when required, to understand request or discuss alternatives.
• Occasionally, writes program code to meet development request.
• Ensure that new code conforms to agreed coding and testing standards
• Maintains a supportive, positive, open and honest team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years object oriented analysis and design experience
• 5 + years detailed C# and up to date knowledge and experience with .NET and MVC applications
• Excellent communication skills, time management and goal setting
• Proven track record of on-time delivery of your work
• Solid experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
• Good knowledge of/experience with Azure services and the application to building cloud-based software solutions, including several of the following (Graph API/Services, Azure AD, App Insights, Functions, storage, Key Vault, and Authentication and Authorization Services within Azure AD).
• Strong experience developing Unit Tests
• 5+ years’ experience with SQL Server development/database design and experience with stored procedures, ETL, SSRS, SSIS, DDL, DML
• Solid experience developing with JavaScript frameworks including JQuery; Ajax and AngularJS.
• Strong experience producing design and other technical documentation
