Senior Information Security Analyst

To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Core Responsibilities

• Create dynamic dashboards and scorecards for visibility of Information Security Governance activities.
• Manage information security vendor assessments, security attestations, re-certifications, audits, risk assessments, security testing;
• Plan and implement identity and access management/governance;
• Lead governance, controls and compliance functions through audits and exception and acceptance processes;
• Improve compliance with security standards and policies across the enterprise;
• Identify and analyze new requirements for policy impacts; develop and update policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Define policies, standards, and processes to ensure secure data management and drive the implementation of security measures;
• Lead Information Security Governance & Risk Management processes and tools;
• Manage Information Security Awareness initiatives;
• Collaborate with business units and other functions to identify information security risks and requirements;
• Serve as the primary point of security risk management activities, including but not limited to, analyzing, quantifying, and tracking identified information security risks as well as reviewing, documenting, and tracking risk exception requests and facilitating risk management discussions with key stakeholders;

What You Will Bring

• Experience with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools and policy/procedure development;
• Possess expertise in identity and access governance/management, protection and countermeasures, risk management and auditing;
• Strong experience in implementing Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001;
• Strong experience in developing corporate policies or guidelines;
• Understanding of ITIL is an asset.
• Strong analysis, organizational and documentation skills;
• 8+ years of experience supporting Information Security governance, risk & compliance programs to meet regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Experience in security standards such as ISO 27001, 27002, 27005; NIST, COBIT, HIPAA, CMMC;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Information Systems or related field required;
• CISSP, CISA, 27001 LI/LA and/or equivalent certification in information security;
