Overview
The Enterprise Network & Security team is looking for a Senior Consultant to provide subject matter expertise in Network Security to our customers. As a successful candidate, you will join a Professional Services organization team delivering enterprise level solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction, project timelines, and deliverables. This billable and client facing role will also interact with Compugen’s Advanced Solutions group and sales teams providing in-depth technical consulting, analysis, and implementation services for Compugen customers. This role will report to the Managing Consultant, Enterprise Network and will be based in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and Deliver Security Solutions with Checkpoint skillset as your major and Palo Alto, Fortinet and Cisco as your minor
• Deliver technical security projects from concept to completion
• Design and implement Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco based on network and security solutions for Compugen customers

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
• Relevant experience designing, architecting, and implementing Checkpoint based products and solutions, following structured project methodologies and best-practices
• College or University education or equivalent work experience
• Industry certifications required with Checkpoint R81 at a minimum
• Excellent customer facing skills with strong verbal, written, and listening skills, professionalism, confidence, business case analytical skills, presentation skills, and time management skills

Other Qualifications

• Industry certifications desired: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet (nice to have) certifications
• Experience in providing advisory and/or technical project leadership or project management is desired
• Training and understanding of large-scale enterprise deployments
• Relevant experience designing, architecting and implementing Security based solutions; following structured project methodologies and best-practices
• Demonstrated ability to keep up to date with current security threats and vulnerabilities
