What You’ll Be Doing


The Senior Analyst, Corporate Actions, will perform end to end control reviews of corporate action for our Prime Brokerage clients. While executing on a timely basis, 1) ensure event details are shared with end clients, 2) ensure instructions are obtained from end clients, 3) ensure instructions are captured on CAAPs and GOW, 4) ensure open lines of communication are shared with the department’s Voluntary Team for processing, 5) executing controls to ensure the instructions are submitted to depositories according to client’s instructions on time, and 6) tracking that payment is processed into client’s account.


This position will be supporting escalations from Prime Brokerage with complete and timely investigation and action for inquiries. The incumbent will routinely provide technical guidance to more junior staff as well as Prime Brokerage clients. The incumbent may lead projects related to the development and implementation of new and revised policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Business Analysis and Operations - You have experience with requirements gathering, designing or modifying processes, managing the change and implementation as well as working with a wide variety of business partners. You will be part of organizing and leading the implementation of operational changes. To be successful, it may be of value if you have an operational processing background to have a good understanding of alternate channel processes, systems and applications.
