Senior Accountant / Manager – Long-Term Commitment

I am a sole proprietor (CPA, CA) with three full time (non-CPA) staff. As workload continues to grow over 10% every year, we are at capacity, and require a CPA to share the workload. The position is expected to lead to an equity or partner position within a few years, depending on your experience and ability to service clients on your own.

My firm is focused solely on compilation engagements and tax work for small business, and individuals requiring complex tax assistance. No assurance work, but you must have solid small business tax experience.

My office is located on the edge of Steveston. The position would be ideal for someone with local roots and a desire to establish your business presence in the Richmond community, although my clients are diverse and spread out throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond. This is a small practice and all of my staff live locally.

Compensation is negotiable with significant upside for sharing future income. You can checkout my website, it’s a bit dated as I have no time to update it, but perhaps you can help with that.
