The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performs network security audits and testing, and evaluates system security configurations to ensure efficacy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Administers cybersecurity policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.
• Support for project implementation or support following style activities:
• Responds to cybersecurity breaches, identifies intrusions and isolates, blocks and removes unauthorized access.
• Works to ensure the company's computer network is safe from cyber-attacks.
• Maintains hardware, software, and network firewalls and encryption protocols.
• Implement business-driven IT solutions to meet security requirements related to function, protection, assurance, risk management and compliance.
• Conducts penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems and/or networks.
• Assists in the creation and implementation of security solutions.
• Develops and executes security controls, defences and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.
• Researches and evaluates cybersecurity threats and performs root cause analysis.

You will join the Kyndryl Architect Profession, working closely with other Kyndryl Architects, Project Managers and technical subject matter experts. You will create High-Level Designs and participate in Design Authorities to create the solutions that drive our Clients forward.

Who you are

Are you experienced in designing modern security solutions to protect data and system whether in On-Premise, Cloud or within SaaS platforms. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, you excel at articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. This talent for clear communication enables you to foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment where ideas can flourish, and innovative solutions can be developed. As a natural problem-solver, you approach challenges with a keen analytical and critical-thinking mindset, striving to uncover the most effective and efficient solutions to any issue. Your ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is a testament to your resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional results for customers and your team alike.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Okta, including MFA and SSO capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as Azure Active Directory, Okta Certified Administrator, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing Security & Resiliency solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud-based services.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Computer Science, Information Security, Network Security, Cybersecurity major / degree program or equivalent highly recommended.
