TalentWorld is recruiting a Seasonal Store Manager in Innisfil and Alliston, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory and cash to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.
• Share additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Hire, train, and manage employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store and sales operations, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, and sales
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in cash management is a must.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Employment Details

• Benefits: 8 to 13 hours per day, seasonal, performance-based bonus
• Salary: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: May 15, 2023, to July 5, 2023
• Other: Canadian experience, Seasonal role
