Job Description
: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Sykes and Sitel are Foundever™! Are you ready to move your career forward? We are hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support a well-known fashion brand. Currently Hiring in the following provinces: AB, MB, NB, NL, NS, PE and SK
Core Responsibilities
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent listening and Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information
  • Navigate through multiple systems
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications

Qualifications
  • You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • You work well with a team or independently
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You can pass a criminal background check
  • You have a minimum of 1yr customer service experience or call center experience
  • Retail and sales experience an asset
Equipment & Internet Requirements
  • Internet speed - 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0Mbps upload speed
  • Desktop Computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)
  • Dual monitors
