Customer Service Representative Seasonal Jobs

Excellent listening and Communication Skills both written and verbal

You have a minimum of 1yr customer service experience or call center experience

Retail and sales experience an asset

Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information

Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service

Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards

Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions

Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey

Strong interpersonal skills and experience

Perform data entry, ensuring all information related to orders and RAs are updated

Present feedback regarding product, returns and logistics to improve the customer experience

Help enhance the overall customer experience and look for opportunities for “added value” and upselling

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service

Experience and confidence in handling a high volume of consumer inquiries
