About The Role
We're looking for a Scrum Master Senior to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do

• Actively participate in Scrum Masters’ community of practice
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all changing requirements, dependencies and impediments are understood and addressed
• Identify and remove barriers and roadblocks.
• Be an ambassador of the organization's adoption of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Lead by example.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Create and foster a self-organizing, cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong business focus with an understanding of the current and strategic direction of Intact technologies.
• Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution processes.
• Guide the team and the organization on the use of best Agile practices and shape the processes.
• Train and coach the teams on Agile process and methodologies to increase their productivity. Encourage continuous improvement.
• Act as a Scrum Master to multiple teams.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.)
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
• Lead the delivery and execution of committed scope within committed timelines.
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially in managing the product backlog.

What You Bring To The Table

• Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, problem solving, continuous improvement, empowerment, and greater transparency.
• At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and 8 years of experience in Agile product development.
• High level knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery approaches.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Understanding and experience working with Data Governance team. (An asset)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP). (An asset)
• Understanding of project management competencies including planning, budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management, timely decision making, effective team building. (An asset)
