Job Description

Responsibilities

Support all “know your business” activities. Know your business for Maverick Sales means Forecast, POS, Marketing & Promo calendar, Assortment, Merchandising (planograms), Pricing & costing, and retailer submissions & executions.

·Support forecasting process.

·Ensure Demand Plan and financial forecasting are aligned.

·Ensure Gross to Net Sales is recognized appropriately and understood by all key internal stakeholders (including trade spend and other deductions).

·Ensure customer purchase orders match allocations.

·Ensure all field activities and executions are organized and running effectively (ie merchandising support, field sales tracking).

·Collaborate with sales analytics team to communicate pertinent competitive and market trends.

·Ensure all submissions and detailed activities to support retailers are complete, accurate, on time.

·Ensure all internal planning activities are complete, accurate, on time.


Qualifications

·Bilingual French/ English is a requirement.

·Strong computer skills – MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·Strong Analytical and Organizational skills.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Experience in cosmetics or Prestige Beauty preferred.
