About The Role
Cochrane Toyota is looking for a Part Time Sales Delivery Specialist to join our growing sales team. The Delivery Specialist is tasked with greeting & delivering new and used vehicles to our customers. Cochrane Toyota is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, detailed, and can communicate with staff and customers through a variety of communication tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Staying in touch with our customers throughout the order process
• Ensuring that the vehicles are completed and ready for delivery
• Provide customers with exceptional customer service with clear, honest communication.
• Following up with customers after their delivery to ensure everything was satisfactory.
• Enrolling our customers in Toyota's Service Connect Program
• Walking our customers through our delivery process
• Working in a fast-paced environment while meeting customer expectations.

What you'll Bring:

• Previous Customer service experience
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• An ability to learn, use and coach new vehicle technologies
