We are hiring a Sales Administrator for our Canadian sales office, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for inMusic Canada. In this supportive role, you will be ensuring order management from point of sale to the delivery of our products to our customers. You will coordinate closely with individuals in Sales to verify and process incoming sales orders. You'll also be supporting cross-functional internal and external teams by providing daily updates on credit, order status, product availability, and non-technical sales support.


Some of your daily responsibilities include:


  • Processing incoming sales orders into SAGE
  • Coordinating with Sales Managers on the allocation of available stock, notifying internal teams of low inventory and replenishment dates
  • Verifying sales orders and customer information for completeness and accuracy
  • Supporting cross-functional internal and external teams by providing daily sales order support, including stock availability, order status, credit clearance confirmation, fulfillment confirmation, and non-technical after-sales support
  • Delivering customer service via telephone, email, and other channels to support B2B and B2C customers
  • Supporting the credit department in qualifying order release to warehouse


Requirements


What we're looking for:


  • An entrepreneurial professional who is comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in order management: 2+ years' experience required
  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAGE or SAP preferred) and skills in Business Analytics tools such as PowerBI
  • Technical skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • A strong communicator with written and verbal fluency in French and English
