Must haves:

• Strong experience with backend data and features of BMC ITSM v9+, 8 years+
• Strong experience with Remedy ARS Development, 8 years+
• Report development – Smart Reporting and SSRS, 2 years+
• Experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications, 8 years+
• Experience designing and building of custom data-driven solutions, 8 years+
• Familiarity with SQL, 2 years+
• Strong experience in code review and unit testing, 8 years+

Description

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Unit Test solution
• Document solution and promotion instructions
• Review with stakeholder provided business requirements and get clarifications wherever needed
• Design solution and do design walkthrough with in-house developers before implementing
• Support stakeholders through validation and testing phase
• Build approved solution in lower environments

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of privacy policies and security principles
• Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
• Experience with Remedy integration options, including Web Services, 4 year+
• Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a track record for meeting aggressive deadlines; strong relationship building, facilitation and influencing skills to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
