Job Description
Summary


Are you looking for an opportunity to work on process automation for a growing group of companies? STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a passionate and energetic Robotic Process Automation developer to join our Intelligent Automation team.


In this role, you will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes including assessing process needs, building automation backlog, analysis, design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) offerings as well as operating, maintaining, and expanding our RPA technical platform and existing automation capabilities. Working closely with the Enterprise Systems’ Architects, Analysts Developers, and members of the other teams within the IS departments and business groups, you will help automate manual processes across various business units.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Set up the RPA development environment and manage Bots through their lifecycle across different environments
  • Create and maintain design, functional, and technical documentation
  • Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured maintainable, and easy to understand using Robotics technologies
  • Design and develop efficient automation models with a focus on scalability and reusability
  • Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail and determine eligibility for automation (cost savings, increased accuracy, time savings, etc.) and ensure designed solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide day-to-day production and end-user support for Live Bots


Knowledge and Qualifications:


  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 6+ years’ experience in Software Design and/or Development with 3+ years’ experience in RPA design and development using the Automation Anywhere platform
  • Proven knowledge of integrated development environments
  • Degree or diploma in a technology-related discipline, or a mix of industry certifications & strong experience
  • Work experience in a regulated industry like Life Sciences or Pharma would be an asset
