In This Role You Will

As ATB's next Risk Advisor, you are the first line of defense, fostering a culture of risk awareness and readiness in line with the Risk Appetite statement. The EFS Risk Advisor, reporting to the Director, EFS Risk Advisors will work with various internal partners and external stakeholders in the ongoing development, assessment and testing with respect to processes and policies as they relate to operational, regulatory, strategic risks with the objective of meeting the goals of EFS and ATB Financial.

• Conduct onsite branch and agency compliance visits
• Risk Reporting
• Assesses, mitigates, reports, and prevents risk to business activities and operations
• Execute all accountabilities and responsibilities of first line risk in accordance with applicable published risk framework(s)

Requirements

• Aptitude in G-Suite, Tableau, MetricStream experience
• Strong understanding of cash management
• Experience with Risk Advisory
• Experience in Risk Management And Mitigation
• 2+ years experience in a Financial Institution with operations, sales or leadership experience
• History of Risk Reporting
• 2+ years experience in risk or compliance
• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Risk, Finance or related field
